John Lambros, Managing Director, Digital Media Investment Banking GCA Savvian Advisors
John F. Lambros is a Managing Director with GCA Savvian, heading the firm's Digital Media banking business. John has been active working in many sectors throughout the digital media landscape with particular focus on companies in the performance marketing, social media, online video, email marketing, content and gaming area. He has been involved in a number of the firm’s digital media transactions including the sales of Beliefnet to NewsCorp, CourseAdvisor to the Washington Post, Healthtalk to Revolution Health Group, Jumpstart Automotive to Lagardere, the strategic investment by NBC Universal in Healthline Networks, the management buy-back of Innovation Interactive from Livedoor as well as financings for companies like Affinity Direct, Compare Networks, Datran Media, Innovation Interactive, Socialmedia.com, Zoom Media, Zynga and many others. John has more than 14 years of investment banking experience, as well as 4 years of operating experience in the digital media sector. Prior to GCA Savvian, John was the Senior Vice President, Business Development of Into Networks, a broadband technology company. Prior to Into Networks, John was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley's Global Communications Group. John received his BA from Harvard College and his MBA from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
