Paul Greenberg

Paul is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of TV Guide Online, a leading entertainment and video content portal serving 19 million unique monthly visitors. He is responsible for the company’s digital media strategy, day-to-day management and P&L of and was recently named one of The Hollywood Reporter’s Top 50 Digital Power executives.

Since Mr. Greenberg joined the company in 2006, he has grown’s site traffic more than 500 percent; its user engagement metrics (visits, page views and time spent per visitor) are now the highest in its competitive category; and the website is now #1 among users 18-24 and 18-34. In addition, the company has launched many new products, including the Online Video Guide, a best-in-class video search engine for professional web video content, and unique syndication widgets that allow partners to embed all of’s content and products on their own sites.

Prior to, Mr. Greenberg served as Senior Vice President, Global Business Development and Partner Relations at MusicNet (now MediaNet), a leading online music provider. In this role, he was responsible for negotiating and closing new partnership deals with companies such as with MTV, Yahoo! and Virgin. He managed the partner relations department and was also responsible for MusicNet’s marketing, public relations and international groups.

Previously, Mr. Greenberg worked at MTV Networks as Vice President, Business Operations for, where he developed new content revenue streams, managed integration of major online operating divisions and helped double site revenue and traffic in one year. Mr. Greenberg was also Vice President, New Business Development at the MTVi Group responsible for developing and executing strategy and partnerships as well as content syndication. He also co-authored the strategy for the launch of MTV’s digital tier of cable networks.

Earlier in his media career, Mr. Greenberg was a sports announcer on 1010 WINS Radio in New York City.

Mr. Greenberg earned a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia College and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
