Ed Jordan

Ed, CFO of Jagtag, experiences include over 25 years of public accounting and entrepreneurial financial management. He has focused his efforts on telecommunications and technology startups in the U.S. and internationally. Ed’s accomplishments include guiding private companies through private and public equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and the development of financial strategies for growth. Most notably, Ed acted as the CFO for Flarion Technologies, which was sold to Qualcomm in 2006 for $805 Million. Prior to Flarion he was a founder and CFO of ITXC Corporation. He led the public offerings of ITXC and the acquisition of ITXC by Teleglobe. Prior to ITXC, Ed was the CFO of Dialogic Corporation, which he took public in 1993 and was later acquired by Intel Corporation.
